Ingredients
  

Cowboy Butter:

  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Chicken Linguine:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts thin slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta. Drain and set aside.
  • Mix all cowboy butter ingredients in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add salt and pepper to the chicken.
  • Cook the chicken until it turns golden.
  • Add cowboy butter to the pan.
  • Let the butter melt fully.
  • Add the pasta to the pan.
  • Mix everything together gently.
  • Add cheese and parsley on top.

  1. Use fresh garlic for strong flavor.

  3. Save a little pasta water if sauce is thick.
